 LUCKY JUPITER is on sabbatical. But NICK can't take a sabbatical. If you read this site you know the only reason I do it is to raise awareness for a rare cancer that affects young people called neuroblastoma. I started reading about these children, and a special young man named Nick around three years ago. Over these years I have suffered and cried for these families. For those of you with kids out there, get on your knees now and thank God your child didn't get this disease. There is now ONE survivor from the 25 or so stories I followed. He needs your prayers. Pray for whatever his Mom asks you to pray for, read his site, find it in your heart to care for these people. But mostly, ask your God to heal him so he can spend more time with his earth angel Kelly. I am hoping to spend the summer doing some art work for my site and regrouping my own life. Hopefully I'll be back online for October, but please, please keep checking on Nick for me, and praying. Lucky Jupiter does not do consultations. We have discussed the whole Pluto conjunct Mercury and the north node in your solar 2nd house thing a lot so far this year. Well, June is a possible culmination of some sort, or maybe late May. You should at least get a hint as to which way the wind is blowing with regard to your finances or something you value a great deal. This is “karmic” in nature, though I use that word loosely as I prefer more of a “God will bless or burn you for that” line of thinking. Then at this same time…early June…Jupiter moves into rambunctious Aries and into your solar 5th house. So take the above offerings and combine them with this energy…and expansion in your kid house…of boys or athletics or competition, etc. Maybe your kid will get a great scholarship to play sports, or if you have been trying to have kids for a while, this is a great time to try harder. Watch out for the bottom feeders of the universe if you are on the dating scene. Assuming you can avoid these types, the other potentials are really quite wonderful. You have the potential to meet someone you have a great deal of respect for, but not only that, they will be able to open all of the avenues which will make your romance blossom and grow. And did I mention that Uranus is here too? This person will be very different than anyone you have ever met. The word effervescent comes to mind…as well as brilliant. And on the creative front you will be able to accomplish more now than you can imagine and you can show off your creative genius in a number of new and wonderful ways. All of this will turn out well for you if you can just quit obsessing about money…or whatever it is that has you obsessing. Turn off your mind for a while. Do something you enjoy that needs a great deal of focus. [see above]. The end of the month isn’t as rosy, unless you have put in a great deal of effort prior to this point. Saturn will square Mars in your solar chart from the 10th to the 1st houses. If you are in a creative field you may have hit the jackpot. If you work in the military or some other strength or engineering required field expect to be called upon to do your thing. Your home, your past and your family bring you the greatest advantages, bountiful surprises and, perhaps, tremendous changes in 2010. Things within your family may be unconventional, but you feel closer and more in tune with each other than you can ever remember. Things may not come as easily for you in areas related to how you personally affect your environment. Last year Venus brought you increased attracting powers. This year you have the ability to read others, but your intensity or propensity to say the most wrong thing at the most wrong time may haunt you. Financial negotiations look like they might heat up to inferno levels. Don’t waste a lot of time obsessing about money. If you need to think yourself out of a bind, fine. But if there is nothing to be done to amend your problems beyond just starting over, then that is what you have to do. Rehashing the same problem when there is no new solution is a waste of time. If you have a kid in elementary school or teach, this year has some interesting energy present in your solar 3rd house. The 3rd house has a lot of mundane things associated with it. Neptune is making the things associated with this house deteriorate, become confusing or distorted. Neptune has a real sleazy underbelly with liars, conmen and other bottom feeders all falling under its umbrella of rulership. Pay extra attention to 3rd house people who act interested in your kids. If you are having trouble in your love life, maybe you are experiencing the bad side of Mars, after all he is retrograde. Well, 2010 will help you out a bit, but perhaps we also need to look at what Mars might be doing to hinder you in the coming year too. Are you being too aggressive or not aggressive enough? Figure it out and fix it. Oh, and normally I would never advise you go out on a blind date a family member fixes you up on, but this year is different. I am not saying it will be a love match but it I can assure you that it will be really interesting…maybe even shocking. So make sure you are up for it before you commit. The moon is hanging close to the sun in your solar chart, meaning that you will be much more intuitive this year. Use it. Trust it. You also could be a little emotional, maybe even a lot emotional, from time to time. Hopefully you can avoid too many public spectacles. Your financial house is kind of a mess hon. Pluto, Mercury and the north node are the harbingers of something obsessive which arrives on wings from your past. This is likely a missive of some sort with Mercury being involved. Who said what to whom and that sort of bullshit. Avoid the blame game and trying to bully someone. Intervene if you see someone else doing it. Assuming they aren’t a lot bigger than you and/or are carrying a weapon of course. Pluto is sometimes seen when people file bankruptcy so I hope this isn’t the case in your world. Being focused on your finances is okay Sadge, but being completely wrapped up in them isn’t overly healthy. Also, if a family member gets to be a little too interested in what you have, nip that in the bud real quick. You do have a bit of protection this year coming to you compliments of Venus in your 12th house. This has a protective energy to it because the 12th house signifies secret enemies. Venus will keep them in check while she traverses this house. Surprises with regard to your family or a piece of real estate are also a major potential. These surprises may come with a price tag which culminates in the reason you are a bit obsessed with money this year. Sudden purchases of real estate are also possible, leading to buyers remorse and culminating again in the money issue. If I had to give this 2010 solar chart a rating from one to ten, I would give it a 7.5. You do have a concentration of stressors in your finance house. The house which rules finances also rules all things you value as well as your value system. Don’t be afraid of financial downfall either. Pluto is a favorable planet in the financial realms and the north node is drawing things to you. There is a potential in all of this that you could suddenly come into a vast amount of money too. Could be an inheritance or it might be the fruits from your own efforts in a communication, analytical or health care realm.
