1 can sweetened condensed milk 3 eggs, separated 1 tsp. grated lime peel 1/3 c. lime juice Green food coloring 1/4 tsp. vanilla Whipped topping Mix 3 egg yolks, can of milk, lime juice, and food coloring in a large bowl. Beat 3 egg whites, 3 tablespoons sugar and vanilla until it forms peaks. Fold egg white mixture into the custard. Pour into unbaked graham cracker pie shell, 9 or 10 inches. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes.
