 July Weekly 3-10 Read the Weekly Highlights for 7/2nd-10th on their own page if you want more critical insights into the week ahead. Venus’ move into Gemini also means it changes where it is residing in your solar house. Venus, considered the lesser benefic, is a happy planet and brings minor good luck. In your case this benevolent streak will offer itself via your 5th house of children, decorative and artistic creations, and if you are active on the dating and social scene, your phone will start ringing off the hook. The 5th house is also the entertainment and fun sector, so hopefully you can attend a few plays or concerts which you will find enjoyable. And if you are in the stock market or like to gamble, you may have a little upsurge of luck here as well. Concentrate on those things in the market which are ruled by Gemini for the best results. And I want to mention, your ruler is meeting up with Mars on the day of the eclipse (7th), which probably isn’t the best deal for you.  Lucky Jupiter does not do consultations. July Monthly Uranus, your ruler, is going retrograde as July begins. When your ruler goes backwards it doesn’t tend to be the best time for a sign, generally speaking. This isn’t just for Uranus and Aquarius, this goes for all retro planets. The biggest problem is that your sign takes a long time to travel forwards and backwards, making the time you are in retrograde motion longer than some of the rest of the signs. In other words, you may not be able to get a lot of ego gratification until at least December 2nd. Clear thinking may desert you, and your spontaneous decisions, which normally serve you so well, will be more apt to screw up your life than help it. Bottom line? Slow the heck down. Uranus is in your house of money. Uranus has helped you, but only because it is your ruler. As it goes retrograde it is going to be asking you to go over computer or electronic data that pertains to your finances. If you work in the computer industry, you could be called in for an evaluation which will affect your finances. If you work in an electronics field, same thing. And either of these fields, in the repair sector anyway, will actually be making gains. That is because people are not buying as many new things now and will be looking for those in the repair sector to fix their old stuff. If you are in sales though, this may not be the best time frame for you. Watch your bank accounts pretty closely now, as unusual activity could pop up. My family is pretty Uranian, and we had some funny stuff going on with our credit card…just watch all your finances now. The lunar eclipse on the 7th is happening in your 12th house, very near Mercury which has been residing in your solar 12th house all year. There is a lot that you are not saying, or that you are hiding. But the lunar eclipse tends to bring information to the forefront: Sometimes whether you want it to be brought forth or not. So, what I am trying to tell you is that if you are hiding something, especially from your wife, mother or another nurturing family member, this could bring forth a rather sticky wicket for you. Cancer also rules your home, and the 12th house has an indirect linkage to banks. If you are having trouble making ends meet on house payments or home decorating projects, the 7th could highlight that issue somehow. The solar eclipse, happening in the sign of Cancer on the 21st, will make itself known to you via your 6th house. This house rules a number of different things, including the military, your job, as pertains to those things you do daily; your routines, such as going to the same coffee bar, day care center or walking the dog. This house also rules your health, and the sun has to do with people who are in charge. Solar eclipses usually reference more public, current event sorts of things. If this touches you on a personal level it will probably just be something like hearing that your brother in law, who is a doctor is ill or your bosses pet gerbil died. I forgot to mention in the "Monthly Highlights", with all the other hubbub going on, that the “miracle configuration” as I have deemed it occurs on the 10th, due to Jupiter and Neptune both being retrograde and running into each other again. You know…miracles like the little girl found alive after the Yemen plane crash… And keep watching for the small miracles too. The energy is there, and many will be blessed by it.
