Your best opportunities will come through a friend, neighbor, teacher or a near relative. That isn’t all the good news though, because not only will you stand to gain in financial status, but you will have fun doing it too! This is probably due to your taking on a partner that you really enjoy being around. You might decide to buy some land, invest in artistic/entertainment areas, in practical/material goods or even in cattle. Communications are another possible area of investment. In your own life, keep the lines of communication open and your network up and running because the advice you get or the gossip coming your way is likely to light up your days with a laugh or two. Find something you really like and want to do this year and go for it! You may feel compelled to become involved in sporting activities or government entities, but this might not be as productive as the other areas mentioned earlier. Stay as mellow as possible because you are apt to be frustrated if you act too aggressive or are too domineering. Some Rams could become entangled in a secret sexual liaison, if so, it will run the gambit of taking you to exciting levels and then letting you down with a crash. Jupiter in a chart operates as an indicator of areas to expand into that will hopefully bring returns. This year your solar chart has Jupiter in the 9th house, which is its natural home. Attending college, spending time getting closer to God, studying different religions/philosophies, traveling a distance from your home, learning about other cultures, investigating foreign investments and being involved in the legal system or with doctors all fit here. You may find that your personal authority is expanded greatly, and you might even be given a promotion or bonus because of your leadership abilities, especially if you work in one of the abovementioned areas. I want to warn you however that Pluto is sitting near your midheaven in the 9th house as well. This is good for gaining power and influence, but it can also signal a major fall from grace in the reputation and status areas of your life when it crosses your midheaven. Don’t abuse your new found power or rest too long on your laurels as this will prove disastrous. Jupiter will protect you a great deal and it will travel into your 10th house of career and status before the year is over, bringing increased prestige to a pinnacle. However, Jupiter will have to pass over Pluto to get there, and when he does, very significant things can happen. If you have overestimated your abilities, over expanded or exaggerated anything, this will be the time you are called to the carpet. You might, however, be able to capitalize on someone else’s financial faux pas’, such as, getting a great buy on a business that is in foreclosure. Your health is definitely an area that I want you to pay extra attention to this year. If you are ignoring health problems, especially those related to your nerves, ankles, five senses, or bowels you really need to deal with this issue head on. Go get a complete physical and then keep all the follow up appointments. The south node is in residence in your 6th house and this is less than optimal. Remember too that cleanliness is next to Godliness, and germs are your enemy. Don’t rely on other people to keep your space clean, especially at work. Don’t eat any questionable food out of the fridge either. Bacterial infections, salmonella and e coli (just to name a few) will be on the rise for all of us as Virgo hangs out in the south node this year, and is joined my difficult Saturn entering Virgo in September. Infections and communicable disease that are brought about by unsanitary conditions will be a real problem. Keep your handiwipes with you at all times and avoid others yourself if you feel you are coming down with some kind of bug. If you do happen to get the flu or other illness this year, your bout could be serious enough to land you in hospital. Take your vitamins, eat your fruits and veggies, get your exercise and make sure to get enough sleep to help prevent health difficulties. 2007 Yearly Horoscope for Taurus The first thing I notice in looking at the Bull’s solar chart for 2007 is how full your friends house is… Now this house doesn’t represent your best friend in the world…the one you tell all your deep dark secrets to…but rather those people you hang with in a group and which you have a more light and superficial relationship. Your golf buddies, your favorite fellow PTA moms, the folks you play poker with…people like that. Anywho, you have lots going on with the groups to which you belong. If you have ever thought of joining a charitable group like an ombudsman program, volunteering for Big Brothers and Big Sisters or for a program supporting the developmentally disabled, you couldn’t pick a better year to do so. The universe [read: God] would greatly support you in this effort and you will be very surprised at all of the good things which come your way if you do. For any ladies out there looking for an exciting man, you definitely should join some type of group this year. I know that if you have kids they take a lot of your time, and there is nothing wrong with getting the kids involved in a group too. However, while I definitely advocate spending time with the kiddos, you unfortunately won’t meet the kind of people who will help you along your life path like you will if you can be a groupie sans kids. On the other side of it, for those who are attached, getting the family out of the house together will give rewards of its own, so get a season pass to your favorite sporting events and go have fun together. Your home and real estate area of your solar chart is giving an offering of joy if you act responsibly and for the good of all involved. This probably has a lot to do with older family members whom you will need to help take care of this year. The good thing is that you will actually enjoy this responsibility and the time you get to spend with these people. The health area of your chart is getting a double up from Venus/Libra and Cancer. Both of these have a lot to do with female anatomy, from ovaries to breasts, but that doesn’t mean the guys have a pass. Venus/Libra rules the kidneys and add some moon action and you get blood sugar irregularities. Cancer also rules the stomach and all body fluids. These are the areas to watch this year, but luckily, your 6th house is empty making these things not quite as potent. However, just because a house is empty doesn’t mean there is nothing going on…go have a checkup! While being responsible at home, you may be getting beat up on the career front with Neptune and Chiron making things sorta fuzzy and hurtful. Now, don’t get upset, this isn’t the only way this can play out. Your job could bring you a lifetime of healing by offering you a path to exert your idealism. Not idealistic? Then your mysterious and glamorous side will be highlighted. Neptune can make your dreams come true. Uranus will play a part too, making computers, innovative projects, electronics and such a good bet for making your life a fantasy others would drool over. However, realistically, most of us don’t live a fantasy life and since Neptune also rules deception and Chiron represents a perpetual wound, there will be negatives as well as positives. Watch your back, especially if you find yourself working for some really powerful types, or people who will say and do anything to get ahead. Also, try to keep the after work happy hours to a minimum because this is a likely place to run into the guy or gal who will insert the knife in your back. Your love life looks a bit bleak, at least if you are not involved in a long term committed relationship. Those playing the field or involved in more light hearted affairs are not likely to find any real satisfaction in these liaisons. Committed relationships are definitely the way to go this year. And if this sounds boring, guess again. They will be the most sexy, sultry experiences you can imagine. Power will be a huge turn on. Intense love is also very likely, however, for some it will be one sided. This will not hurt the sexual side of the relationship, but be careful not to get your heart broken, and be kind if you know you will be breaking someone else’s. Remember, what goes around comes around. Money is most likely to be made through the written word and via communication. Sales, journalism (especially involving the deeper side of life) will bring you funds. Vehicles are another source of income, as is teaching and running a child care facility. Plan on making money at what you are the very best at this year…communications. Not only can you make money but you will likely have a great time doing whatever it is you decide to do. Networking, telecommunications, selling items for the home or car sales are only some of the possible areas that might make a positive impact on your budget. Siblings and extended family are featured, so a family based business could be on the horizon, or even an inheritance, but I always hate predicting that, and luckily it really isn’t seen anywhere else, like the 8th house, where inheritances and death reside. Speaking of relatives, female relations could prove to be real friends to you this year. Even if you haven’t gotten along in the past, you might want to revisit the potential of this kind of link up. You might have more in common now than you used to or perhaps time has mellowed one of your egos enough to make the competitive factor not so much of a problem. Older people are also featured, but this doesn’t look as promising. This is because there is a transit we will all be feeling between Saturn and Neptune this year, and it is can be a bit ugly. Saturn is the tried and true path, traditions, older people, the devil, respectability, authority, hard work and some of the more crummy evil-doings in the world. Neptune rules oceans, lies, our unconscious, sleezy people (think slimy fish and ocean scum), idealism, fantasy, dreams, illusions and fog. These are just some of the keywords, but there is likely to be some very poor judgment calls from people who are deemed as respected and stable…people of the “establishment”. Traditions will be dissolved and unconscious motivations will lead us into trouble. Don’t trust some of the motives of Saturn and 3rd house described people. On the other side of the coin, you may need to pay closer attention to thusly described people because they may not be thinking clearly and they could truly need a hand. If you have an elderly neighbor, aunt, cousin, sister, in-law or even a teacher who just seems “off”, you need to take some extra time and check in on them this year. Help them run errands, go and visit with them so they won’t be so lonely. This is important given the way it is configured in your chart. Foreigners, the clergy or other church folk, professors, in-laws and the aforementioned 3rd house types could be extra hard on you. Watch your back. I spoke about your money making potentials earlier, but I want to talk about your career and reputation a little too. Uranus and your north node are sitting high in your chart this year, meaning you have the south node in your 4th. You will be balancing your family life and career this year and trying to keep both on an even keel. You could find yourself changing careers in 2007. A computer field, electronics, humanitarian causes, group endeavors are all potentials. Try something you would have never thought you could do…dream big. There will be many unusual experiences which will likely be of a public nature. Uranus also rules astrology, so you might end up in a more mystical field, or working with someone who is interested in these types of subjects. Uranus also rules mental illness, so working with an organization which helps these folks would be a good bet. Unstable or fluctuating work is also possible, so put some money aside or have a side job in sales or communications to make ends meet. So what about romance you ask? Well, if your sibling or roommate (assuming s/he is also a good friend) wants to fix you up, by all means go. You may also find a date by hanging out with your neighbor because one of their relatives or friends could really float your boat. Your boss may also introduce you to someone with romantic potential. Romance isn’t the most potent energy in your chart this year, but you have a very nice trine making your opportunities for finding someone special a lot more likely. You have a great many transits to your solar sun this year, and most of them are quite positive and should bring you some ego recognition and make your self confidence soar! The only fly in the ointment is a square from Uranus, planet of change, groups, friends, surprises, electronics, computers and humanitarianism. Try to keep your quirky or eclectic side at a dull roar if you can manage it because it doesn’t look like this part of your character will impress anyone this year. The sun also rules your health to some extent and with all of these transits to the sun, you probably need to keep your life as balanced as you can because easy transits can make you overdo bad habits which can harm your health. Uranus is the most likely culprit of health issues. Uranus rules the ankles and shins, but also can make it difficult to stabilize our emotions if it is in a poor place in your chart natally. Uranus brings about sudden accidents, so step lightly and carefully! Try to lay off the sweets too. Your partner could have more severe health problems than you do this year, so you will want to keep an eye on them and encourage them to go to the doctor if need be. The problem with friends I briefly mentioned earlier is also indicated by Mars residing in the 11th house in your solar chart. Mars is a very disagreeable guy at times, and he likes to cause arguments and bad temper, so you could see some blow ups with and among your groups of friends. Your best bet for friendships will be among men, athletic types and with people who you have known since childhood or know through your spouse or partner. Athletic events and league sports will be good areas to find friends, as well as doing something as a group requiring the use of your muscles, like volunteering for Habitat for Humanity or another organization where you can be active. Not to alarm you, but you could be spending some time visiting family in institutions like hospitals, rest homes or even prisons. Therefore, this year health issues could be paramount for you and your family. Stomach, breasts, fluids, mobility, communication and your nerves could all be issues requiring a doctor visit, for either you or an important family member. Money issues look to be quite stable for most of the Crab brigade and your conservative and long term investments will pay off for you. If you don’t have any of these kinds of money making schemes going on, then maybe an older female will help you out in the area of finances. Because Saturn, the planet of loss and hard work is conjunct Venus, don’t expect money to come easily and don’t expect a huge pay off if you aren’t willing to wait a while for it. I want to reiterate that hard work is the name of the game now, and the best way to protect yourself against the specter of loss and restriction so strongly associated with Saturn is to keep your nose to the grindstone. Family business is probably not the best option, tho there are easy transits involved. However, just because something is easy does not mean it is best and I have seen trines and sextiles brings some pretty horrible things to people. Use your head and be prepared to put a lot of time and effort into anything you do. If you are looking for love, you might have your best luck with the strong, silent type, or someone older with the same value system as you. Long term, established relationships are the most blessed this year and should bring you a lot of intensity of feeling and even a few heartfelt words. If you are going to gossip about family (as I mentioned earlier) make sure what you say is complimentary because your words will get back to them or somehow be made public. Create some memories with your nearest and dearest and pay special attention to a significant woman in your family. I happen to love spontaneous emoting of love, but in this day and age, you might want to run a background check first! 2007 Yearly Horoscope for Leo If you have a long term partner, you will be highly identified with them this year, kind of like your identities have fused together. Think of Heckle and Jeckel, Ben & Jerry, Romeo and Juliet or Bonnie and Clyde; your relationship is part of who you are. If this isn’t the case and you are devoid of an important relationship, then you could find someone special this year. Being attracted to someone more established or older who can offer a stable foundation for your life is likely. This can go the other way too with someone else seeing you in this light. Your finances appear to be stable and this fact is contributing to your self confidence and ultimately how the world looks at you. Outer worldly things are not where your luck will be found, but things closer to home and having to do with family, home based businesses and real estate are where you will find your bliss this year. Your home is paramount to your happiness and you could decide to expand your abode or there might even be an addition to your family, which could lead to said need for more square footage. This could be a child coming into your life, or perhaps an older relative will come to live with you, a new pet is also a possibility, one who will brighten your life for years to come. If you are looking for opportunities to invest, this year should lead you to many. Look at rather obscure investments, or those that have to do with large warehousing companies, hospitals or even the old safe standby, government bonds. Real estate is the best area of investment though. I want to preface this paragraph now by stating that I am a Virgo, so I don’t want you to feel like I am picking on you/us. It is just, well, this year looks tough, or at least full of responsibilities, and by fall Saturn will enter our sign and make things even more difficult. This is good because you know how to deal with it already, but bad because it only exacerbates what Libra’s are best known for…indecision. Cardinal signs are also prominent, so this is a year when the decisions you make will have more of a lasting impact on your life, therefore, chose wisely. For those trying to get ahead in a career, you need to know that the competition will be fierce. Not just fierce but ferocious. Your career sector will be hosting Mars in Cancer, and this is the equivalent of mixing fire and water. Look out for hot spatter and don’t get burned. One problem you are likely to face is that your sun is conjuncting the moon in your 2007 solar chart making your emotions much more prominent. For long term relationships, your 7th house isn’t showing a lot of activity, but with its ruler, Mars sitting at the highest point in your chart, you could find yourself involved in a whirlwind courtship. That is the best case scenario; however we all know that Mars is not necessarily Mr. Nice guy. However, your solar Venus is also being opposed by a conjunction of Saturn and the moon in your 6th house of health, employees, and small animals. Saturn conjunct the moon is one of the most depressive aspects around. This shows you may be in the doldrums about a lost love, or in some extreme cases, your true love may be experiencing some very heavy burdens or health problems.
